'The Money Shop' - Was a vacant A1 retail space in poor condition that had been operating as a pawnbrokers before the business went into liquidation Schedule 2 Part 3 of the GPDO has been used to create a fantastic new build home right in the town centre. Further design changes have been made to internal layouts and features of the property since the prior notification was approved.

'Superfi'

Super - Fi was a local high street landmark for many years in the City of Derby. A Hi-Fi shop situated in a Grade II listed building situated on one of Derbys most prestigious streets, Sadler Gate. Built in around 1840 and formerly occupied by Hursts and Wallis a supplier of Kodak products in the 1940's and 50's. Listed buildings consent has been applied for to change the upper floors into 2 x 2 bedroom apartments. The ground floor will be repurposed for more modern 'Amazon' proof commercial uses.
