Urbane Assets was born from a residential property investment company that has been operating along with its Directors personal property ventures since 2012. The previous focus has been on conducting heavy refurbishments to run down properties along main transport routes into the city centres and the purchasing of city centre apartments. Over time a trusted team has been built to provide high quality family and city living in areas of solid capital growth and strong rental demand. This operation has taken place across the East and West Midlands and Manchester.
Urbane assets was set up as a development arm which focuses on converting run down and out of date commercial premises into modern, innovative residential units for the sales and rental markets. The business is predominantly operating in the East and West Midlands and has multiple developments in progress at any given time.

The Factory is a development situated just off the A6, 3.2 miles from Leicester City Centre situated in the highly sought after area of Oadby. Previously a manufacturing building, this will be converted into 12 x 1 bedroom apartments with allocated parking.
Superfi, Derby

Built in around 1840 and formerly occupied by Hursts and Wallis a supplier of Kodak products in the 1940's and 50's. Listed buildings consent has been applied for to change the upper floors into 2 x 2 bedroom apartments. The ground floor will be repurposed for more modern 'Amazon' proof commercial uses.
